California just issued a stay-at-home order, and it changes very little for me. According to NPR, “nearly 85%” of my state is under a stay-at-home order until Christmas. This directive changes very little for me. I have been working from home since mid-March, and I rarely go anywhere else. Many of my fellow Californians are up in arms about this, and there are calls to recall the governor. There’s no guarantee that our police and sheriff will enforce the order. If these same people had been taking the precautions that myself and others have been taking, we probably wouldn’t be in this position. I hope that Californians take this seriously now.
