I loved your entire response to the writer. I get frustrated because once the pieces fell into place for me, it did seem simple in some ways. I have biracial nieces and a nephew and I finally heard them when they described growing up in the same town I grew up in. They were treated very differently. Thanks for doing what you do. I realize that it’s going to take a lot of work to change minds and I hope to follow your example.
