This is such a powerful article! I know someone who experienced something similar and luckily it was diagnosed on her first visit to a gynecologist and there was a surgery to correct it. As a counselor I know some sexual disorders can be caused by trauma or anxiety but that should be a reason to be more compassionate and ask more questions.
